What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is 12 pm.

Do you offer early check-in times?

We will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. Early check-ins are based upon occupancy and what time the previous guest checked out of the room (our check-out time is 12 pm). We invite you to contact the hotel directly via phone at 330-403-3050 any time after 1 pm the day of arrival to see if an earlier check-in might be possible that day.

Do you offer late check-out times?

Late check-out times might be available for your stay and must be requested in advance. Our standard check-out time is 12 pm. The fee for late check-outs is as follows: between 12:30 – 3 pm will incur an additional $50 fee and any check-out past 3 pm will incur an additional evening’s charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to avoid a cancellation fee, reservations must be canceled via phone 24 hours prior to arrival. Please call the front desk at 330-403-3050 to cancel your reservation.

I’ve stayed with you a bunch of times, do you have my credit card information on file?

We do not store guest credit card information for security reasons. The only information that we keep on file is your contact information.

Do you have a minimum age requirement to book a reservation?

Yes. The minimum age to stay with us is 21 years old. Proof of ID must be presented at check-in. If a guest has made a reservation and they are under the age of 21, their reservation will be canceled upon arrival.  

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes! We serve a complimentary hot buffet breakfast each morning between 6:30-10 am in our dining room, conveniently located on the first floor adjacent to our lobby.

Is there an additional charge for breakfast?

Breakfast is included in your stay based upon double occupancy (2 adults and up to 2 children). Each additional adult staying in your room will incur an additional $10 per night per adult, which is applied to the cost of breakfast.

Is there a restaurant inside the hotel?

While we do serve breakfast each morning, we do not have a full-service kitchen or a restaurant that serves lunch or dinner. However, the Farmstead Restaurant, conveniently located right next door, is open for lunch and dinner Monday – Saturday.

Do you have an indoor pool?

Yes, we have an indoor saltwater pool and hot tub available for use by guests of the hotel. They are open each day between 7 am – 11 pm. Key card entry is required.

Can your pool be rented by the day? Do you sell day passes to the pool?

The pool is unavailable to rent by the day. Additionally, due to insurance restrictions, the pool may be used only by guests currently checked in to the hotel. Therefore, we are unable to offer day passes or admittance to the pool to non-guests of the hotel to ensure the enjoyment of our registered guests.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

The hotel offers 3 dog-friendly rooms (we do not accommodate cats at this time), However, the whole hotel is not dog-friendly. If you are planning on bringing your canine companion along with you, you will need to call the hotel directly at 330-403-3050 and specifically request a dog-friendly room.

Are dogs allowed in the common areas of the hotel?

No. Dogs are not permitted in the common areas of the hotel. These areas include but are not limited to the lobby (excluding check-in and check-out times), dining room, and conference spaces. Please contact our front desk team if you need further information.

Do all of your rooms have grab bars in the showers?

No. The only rooms which offer grab bars in the showers are our handicap accessible rooms located on the first floor of the hotel.

Do you offer full housekeeping services daily?

Yes, we offer full housekeeping services each day.

What if I don’t want stay over housekeeping service?

No problem! Simply hang the “do not disturb” sign on the outside of your door and your room will not be serviced. If you need additional towels or toiletries, they can be requested at the front desk.

Do you offer laundry services?

We have self-serve laundry facilities that are free of charge for guests of the hotel. Laundry detergent is available for purchase in our Mini Grande Snack Shop, located next to the front desk in the lobby.

Do you have a gym / fitness room available to guests?

Yes, our fitness room is available to guests and is located next to the pool on the first floor of the hotel. Key card entry is required.

Do you offer day passes to your fitness room?

No. Due to insurance restrictions, the fitness room is available only to guests currently checked in to the hotel.

Do you have outdoor common spaces at your property?

Yes. We offer both a courtyard located in the center of the hotel as well as a Pavilion which is located at the back of the property. There is plenty of seating as well as a fire pits in both locations. The outdoor furniture and fire pits are available seasonally and are stored for the winter. How early they are put out and how late they are put away each season is weather dependent.

 Do you have conference spaces available for rent?

We offer two different conference spaces here at the hotel. For rates and availability, contact our Director of Group Sales, Suzie Robb, at 330-403-3050.

Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Discounts are available for groups wanting to book more than 10 rooms at a time. Please contact our Director of Group Sales, Suzie Robb, at 330-403-3050, for more information and for rates/availability.

 Do you accept cash payments at the hotel?

No. We no longer accept cash as payment for your hotel stay. We do accept cash for Mini Grande Snack Shop purchases.

Do you have an ATM on the property?

No, however Killbuck Savings Bank, located directly across the street, has a drive-thru ATM for your convenience.

Are you part of a hotel chain?

No. We are an independently owned hotel.

Do you sell alcohol at the hotel?

No. Berlin is a “dry” township, and the sale of alcohol is prohibited by law within the township limits. You may bring your own alcohol to the hotel for your personal consumption.

How close are you to downtown Berlin shopping?

We are conveniently located 3 blocks from downtown Berlin shopping and restaurants.

 Is there a parking fee at the hotel?

There is no charge for guests of the hotel to park.

Is there an available Uber / Lyft / Taxi available for use?

Unfortunately, no. As of right now, there is no transportation for hire in our area.

Do you have refrigerators in your rooms?

Yes, every one of our rooms has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and a mini fridge.

Are the in-room coffee makers Keurig?

No. The coffee makers are proprietary to the hospitality industry. They are similar to a Keurig but do not accept Keurig pods. Coffee is provided in-room each day.

Do you have coffee available in the lobby?

Yes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water are available in the lobby 24/7.

Is there anything open in Berlin on Sunday?
